Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our items come packaged in an organza bag or box with ribbon. If you would like to add a note to your gift, please let me know in the NOTES TO SELLER at checkout or use the 'Gift message' option.
We do offer gift wrapping for a small charge. These items come fully wrapped in paper with ribbons.
Based on our supplies on hand, we reserve the right to use packaging, ribbon, cards, bags, etc that are different from what might be shown in photos on our listings.
Care instructions
Remove your jewelry to prevent physical damage or exposure to chemicals or cleaning fluids. Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewelry include kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and bathing/showering.
Cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes and lotion can contain chemicals could damage jewelry. Putting jewelry on after applying these materials will limit exposure to jewelry and any potential damage.
Don't Wear Jewelry In Swimming Pools, Spas, or Bath – Chlorinated water can react with the metals found in jewelry causing color changes.
Clean jewelry with polishing cloths. You can also make your own cleaning solution - there are different version using baking soda, salt, dish washing liquid & warm water on the internet.
What types of metals are used in your jewelry?
• Sterling silver - 92.5% silver/7.5% copper
• 14K gold filled - approx. 5 % layer of gold bonded to brass
• Vermeil - 18K gold plated over sterling silver
• Stainless Steel - 18% chromium/8% nickel - Alloy 304 or 316L
• Raw Brass - 70% copper/30% zinc - Alloy C260
• Gold or Rose gold plated - thin layer of gold plated onto brass or steel chain
• Pewter - 96.5% tin/2.5% bismuth/.5% copper/.5% silver
(lead-, nickel- and cadmium free!)
• Niobium - just niobium. Lead/nickel/cadmium free. Most people with metal allergies can safely wear this. Highly resistant to corrosion.
All metals used are CALIFORNIA LEAD CLASS: 1 or 2
All metals (except sterling) are tarnish resistance
All Metals purchased or made in the USA or Italy
What types of paint/ink do you use in your product?
Paints - non-toxic, acid-free
Inks - non-toxic, acid-free
Sealer - non-toxic - clear matte sealer is used on all painted surfaces. Sealer helps product to be moisture resistant &, as long as jewelry is not mistreated, keep color/design longer lasting.
Do your photos make your jewelry look larger than in real life?
Yes! I take close up photos so you can see the color/detail!
Please read measurements for all jewelry, bead sizes and lengths!
Use a ruler or other jewelry you have to make sure you understand the size.

♦ If your address is incorrect and the package is returned to me:
A. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping charges

B. I will cancel the order/refund your money, less the shipping fees. I CANNOT refund shipping fees, as these are already paid for and used when I shipped your package the first time!

Once your package is in the hands of the US Post Office, I have NO control over that package or how long it takes for you to receive it. ♦♦♦ Please understand these issues are out of my hands. ♦♦♦
♦♦♦ Holiday shipping ♦♦♦ - during the holidays ( December 1-December 31) ship times can take longer due to the overwhelming number of packages the Post office receives! I have seen it take 2 weeks for packages to arrive Please plan accordingly.

My jewelry is for adults. It is not intended for children under the age of 14 years!
Custom and personalized orders
♦♦♦Hand Stamping is an art and not done by machine so letters may not always line up to perfection. It's done one letter at a time with a hammer and hand. Imperfections are part of the character of handcrafted. ♦♦♦
We do our best to center letters, sometimes they can be off a little. This is not a reason to return your item. We would not ship a stamped item unless we would wear it ourselves! ♦♦♦
